Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama have a plan to transform an education and training (diklat) building that is located at Jl HR Rasuna Said Kav C-23 into a middle-class flat. The construction is for a flat cross-subsidies used to relocate residents.

Moreover, there would be transportation facilities, like LRT and free Transjakarta bus. Thus the money can be used for house payments outside Jakarta for later life.
